Mess of the Day

Wouldn't it be nice if they made glass baking pans like safety glass in cars so that when it was dropped by, say, a 17-month-old, it wouldn't shatter into a jillion tiny glass shards all over the kitchen floor?

the problem with bouncing dishes of food is that there is more of a chance you'd end up wearing the food...maybe some special 'Nerf' design....

with a 17 month old wearing the food is a given...bring on the springy, bouncy floor! Chances are the kids would be so enthralled with the floor the glass ware would never catch their attention.

    Sorry for the mess!

I think this is a good excuse to buy silicone bakeware!

    Oh sweet Deana!
I don't know how to make a gymnastics tumbling floor but here's a link to make it look like a rubber hospital floor!

I like the idea of a nerf floor. Can you imagine how many less bruises and bumps the kids would have?!? Of course, if the dinnerware was nerf and I got angry I could throw it and not worry!

Try turning on the garbage disposal when a small juice glass is inside...

...and then reaching in because you thought it was a spoon.

Yeah. I did that last week.

    Ouch.
