Music to my ears
The phone rang this morning while I was getting myself and the girls ready for church. It was our realtor. She was calling to say we have a full-price offer on our house and to come in to the office to sign the contract tomorrow! Yay!

As much as we are saddened that you are leaving us, we are so excited for you! Getting your asking price for the house is a real blessing, I know. God is so good!
Skip and I sure did enjoy getting to have Jenna with us for a little while the other night. She is so precious.

Congrats to you guys! I'm in the RE biz - the good news is you guys sold your house at the peak of a 3-4 year RE boom - the not so good news is your buying a house at the peak of a 3-4 year RE boom. But, I still say hooray. And...that gas cap story was scary. I think the worst thing I took from a bad break-up was a Doobie Brothers 8-track tape.

That is such great news! Just last week I told CP to tell you to cut all the ground cheetos in the carpet references in you articles just in case potential buyers were reading. HA! :) I'm really happy for you and hope the move to Little Rock will be as smoth as possible! :) You will still blog in Little Rock...right?
